The packaging is all black with the color of the lipstick at the bottom. Its very sleek and soft. The cap clicks securely when you close it. It doesn't seem like a product that will open up in your purse. When i first applied this lip pencil, the product was dry. But after a few minutes, it felt softer and moisturizing. I guess it needed some warmth from my lips. It was very easy to use and apply. Just twist up and apply.  The color is very similar to my lips and does not look like I'm wearing lip color. It did not have a bad smell.  Perfect for those who want a little something and prefer the neutral look.
